For our Mini Tastings, we highlight one wine from our recent tastings and bracket it with a couple other bottles to put it in to context. It’s crazy to think, but you can almost go deeper into the World of Wine with three or four glasses than you can with seven (the usual number of bottles we use for a tasting). It’s the limitation in breadth that hones our focus toward depth.
